Welcome to St Alphege
Welcome to the website of the Federation of St Alphege Church of England Schools in Solihull.
Our Federation comprises of St Alphege C of E Infant and Nursery School and St Alphege C of E Junior School. Our Christian school vision is central to all we do.
At the heart of our schools is how we value and serve one another. We seek to welcome and cherish every child. All staff are child centred and are willing to go the extra mile for everyone we serve. Our work is to ensure that each child feels valued, seen and loved by God. Above all the central purpose of our school is to experience ‘life in all its fullness.’
For us at St Alphege, our expectations in terms of academic standards and behaviour are ambitious. This belief and expectation helps to makes our schools calm and purposeful places to learn. We are proud of our children's many achievements and are commitment to providing a plethora of rich cultural experiences and extra-curricular opportunities to further enrich the lives of our pupils.
Our dedicated team work hard to ensure that all of our children are able to learn in an ambitious, safe and caring environment. We strive to provide a high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential. We value strong partnerships with parents, governors, the Church and the local community. Through working closely with them, we ensure that our children leave school as well rounded individuals with the highest of aspirations for their future.
We work to inspire each and every student to reach their full potential. Our curriculum is broad and personalised, we offer an impressive programme of engaging lessons, extra-curricular activities and supportive interventions to nurture individual talents and skills.
The best way to find out more about us is to visit us during a normal school day, where you can observe some learning, and talk to leaders and staff about St Alphege and the education that we provide.
We are happy for prospective parents to visit us at any time, please call the school office to book an appointment.
